This Agreement includes, and incorporates by this reference, the policies and guidelines referenced below. BIL reserves the right to change or revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting any changes or a revised Agreement on this android app.

Terms of Offer. This Website offers for sale certain products (Annual Subscription and Affiliate products). By placing an order for Products through this Website and Apps, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Customer Solicitation:
Unless you notify our Online support team by Ticket or direct BIL sales reps, while they are calling you, of your desire to opt-out from further direct company communications and solicitations, you are agreeing for continue to receive further emails and call solicitations BIL and it's designated in house or online support team(s).
The charges for all purchases of Products/Subscriptions or transfer amount from wallet to bank will be shown in transaction page and user has to be agree to pay.
They also can see their invoices in BIL app account, you will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes (GST, TDS, Transaction Charges etc.).
To withdraw any amount from wallet to another user minimum 1 active referral with paid subscriptions is required.
To withdraw an amount from wallet to bank account the minimum transaction amount Rs.500 and 1 active referral with paid subscriptions is required.
BIL uses third-party payment services for all online transactions and if you face any failure in payment transaction(s) then you can submit your request with all payment details and we'll rectify and resolve the issue only if it is from our end. Whenever you initiate any payment transaction from our platforms you also agree with the terms, privacy, and disclaimer of the payment services provider which is currently active with your transaction(s).
All beinleague users have right to transfer the fund to another user and user have sole responsible for use the wallet and transfer their funds.
Any type of purchase or paid amount of order is not refundable.

Referral ID: To get referral rewards you have required your refer id enter into REF-ID input when your direct referred user registering himself.
Only the referrer gets rewards whose refer id is registered when his referred user registers himself.
After the registration the refer ID can not be changed or modified.
Recurring rewards are applicable only for active users who have an active subscription plan.
Beinleague has 4 subscription plans with various packages. The prices and benefits are described in the app, which you can check from the app's plan rewards section.
Plan names are the following: Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum. Beinleague has the right to change plans, features, prices, and rewards amounts with or without any prior notice.

Users have the right to change/upgrade/downgrade and buy multiple plans, but only one plan can be active at that time whose amount is larger.
User privacy is our first priority. User have also right to change the privacy , open app -> settings -> privacy and choose who can see your profile page, you can set your profile public or private from profile settings.
If you choose public it means you give us access to show your profile to another users in app.
If you choose private it means only verified users can see your profile in the app. in some point we have right to use user profile in beinleague website for statistical purpose.
users have the right to submit a request to remove the profile. but for security purposes beinleague can store profiles in our database.
User have right to share their opinion/feedback to improve our services and products, Registered users can send their feedback related to rewards, earning, services, etc. and share their experiences in form of short video, images or paragraphs with ratings, when they share video/image/content they give us the right to use their videos in our app/website, promotion and advertising. BEINLAGUE does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes whatsoever without your permissions.
If a video is selected for promoting a beinleague app they can get cash rewards. beinleague can offer but not committed.
You agree not to use the website or services for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Website or Services in any way that could damage the App, Website, Services or general business of the Owner.
You further agree not to use the App, Website or Services:
To harass, abuse, or threaten others or otherwise violates any person legal rights;
To violate any Intellectual property rights of the Owner or any third party;
To upload or otherwise disseminate any computer viruses or other software that may damage the property of another;
To perpetrate any fraud
To engage in or create any unlawful gambling, sweepstakes, or pyramid scheme
To publish: or distribute any obscene or defamatory material,
To publish and distribute any material that incite violence, hate or discrimination towards any group
We have the right to suspend or delete the accounts of abusive users who violate these terms and conditions. Prohibited activities could include copyright infringement, spamming other users, and general misuse or misguide people.
BIL has the right to share users' details with those who claim infringement and users are solely responsible for the claim of any misuse, copyright, abusive words/images, gore hatred, bullying and etc. in the case of obligation. The role of BIL is only to schedule the meeting between both parties and has no responsibilities for any obligations of user's violations.
Arbitration over litigation: You can choose to settle disputes by arbitration, which can be more efficient and cost-effective than litigation.
Limited liability: This will vary from case to case, but including disclaimers in your terms and conditions can help limit your liabilities if disputes arise.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between beinleague and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of beinleague, or by the posting by beinleague of a revised version. Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement, any access to or use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the PUNJAB, excluding its conflict of law provisions, and the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the state and federal courts located in Jalandhar-Punjab.
